Anyone know how to capture/download to pc, live streaming internet stuff(like tv) using Live HTTP Headers?

Actually, I don't think you can use LiveHTTPHeaders for that. If it's ordinary HTTP/MMS you can use your favorite media player's browser plugin and configure that to save the stream to disk. If it's Flash than it can become more difficult, but you might try to use Gnash.
